HR Ministry Will Help Employers, Workers – Saravanan

Kuala Lumpur – The Human Resources Ministry is committed in assisting both the employers and workers to prosper for the betterment of the country.

In delivering his 2021 New Year message recently, Datuk Seri M. Saravanan assured that his ministry would implement various incentives to help both the employers and employees to tackle problems affecting the employment sector.

He said his ministry is always committed to safeguard and enhance the rights of the workers and the interests of the employers for mutual benefits.

He also stressed on the importance of a strong tripartite working relationship to strengthen and boost the economic sector.

“A close working tie between the government, employers and workers is crucial to resolve various problems affecting the employment market,” he pointed out in his video message on Friday January 1, 2021.

The minister expressed his deepest gratitude and appreciation to all Malaysians for extending their fullest cooperation to the government’s efforts to strive over challenges posed by the current global economic and health crises.

He reminded the people that the country was yet to win the fight over the Covid-19 menace, calling on all Malaysians to cooperate effectively to break the chain of pandemic causation of Covid-19.

“I wish to express my heartiest appreciation to the government servants who had worked doubly hard to provide the best service to the people in this current critical period,” summed up Saravanan, who is also the MIC Deputy President.
